She is literally The worst dentist ever! Has no knowledge of what she is doing. It’s all smoke and daggers with her, everything is a show. But when it comes to actual dentistry, she just wants to do fillings because that is all she can do!
Emergency exams are a show, instead of helping me with my tooth ache she recommend all other treatment ( which she cannot do) especially pushing for invisalign.
Then I come back in to get my tooth pulled out, she can’t cannot give local anesthetic to save her own life! And says it’s because of my infection. I’ve been on antibiotic of 10 days and she still couldn’t freeze properly, used nearly 4-5 Carpules of anesthetic. Is it possible she is not doing it right, absolutely, but she likes to talk about 100 different things, give all the excuses in the world and confuse the crap out of you that you just want to walk out. And she has the audacity to say that I was aggressive. If you can’t do your job and just throw words around, obviously patients are not going to like it.
At this point, she begins to talk about hygiene appointments and flossing cavities like a fool, for crying out loud help me take this tooth out instead of talking about all the other treatments.
And the cherry on top is the fact that she recommends Root canal treatments and other procedures which are all referred to her associate dentist, who basically runs the show as she in incompetent to do any of it. But hey, she will give you a blanket, keep you cosy and talk all sweet ( completely fake ) if that’s what you want from your dentist!
Please don’t ever go this woman, go anywhere else but WestHill dental. Her staff are actually nice, Shandi at the reception was a pleasure to deal with and her assistant Ashlen. I don’t know how they put up with her, and her completely fake, incompetent behaviour.
Never going back there again, she needs to close up shop stop harming patients walking through her doors.

Dr. Nath and her staff are the upmost professionals! They make each patient feel welcomed and that they are in good hands. I recently had to have a crown replaced and I could not be more pleased with the results. The procedure was explained to me beforehand which, in turn, made me comfortable with each step of the process. I can only say great things about my new crown as it fits perfectly. Dr. Nath followed up with me post procedure and has always been available via text message. Dr. Nath, Ashlen and Shandi always take their time with me and have a great way of calming my nerves. Thank you, Dr. Nath, for your exemplary care and thank you to your staff for always being so sweet to me! It’s greatly appreciated!

Dr.Zoe and her staff where absolutely amazing with me today .I have never been to a dentist that took the time to explain things to me and even gave to a blanket to make me comfortable.I will forsure be going back and will be taking my family there as well.Thank you so much for finally giving me a great experience at a dentist.

Dr. Nath is a phony. She's arrogant and cares only about herself. She lacks ethics and is expensive and is out to make money instead of solving problems. There are much better options for dental care. I WOULD NOT recommend Dr. Nath to anyone.

I spent several years being dissatisfied with my dentist. Pretty much a decade, actually. I really felt that he didn't like me, or respect my feelings about what I wanted to be done (or NOT done) in my mouth.

So I finally decided to try West Hill Dental. I went in and asked the receptionist what their views were on certain things... and she assured me that I wouldn't face any opposition from THIS dentist.
So I made an appointment.
And I am SO very glad that I finally made the decision to change dentists!!!

I have had several appointments now, to fix several issues caused by my medical treatment. And I can truly say that I actually look forward to my appointments here!

The general staff attitude and the good feelings they generate are just phenomenal! My feelings, worries, concerns and thoughts are always addressed respectfully, thoroughly and with absolutely no feeling like I am just a bothersome patient!

And the work is STELLAR!

My front teeth have not felt OR looked so good, since the first time I had to have them worked on, over 5 years ago!

And, to my complete shock, Dr. Zoe Nath has contacted me via text, after two appointments, to make sure that I was doing all right after the work she had done!

I have NEVER felt that I was truly welcome to come back if things didn't feel all right. I have never been told (and multiple times, too!) to PLEASE call if things don't feel right. If my bite was off. Or there were any issues. But Dr. Zoe and the amazing techs have always made it clear that my usual "just bear with it.... the discomfort will eventually pass" way of dealing with problems with dental work.... would not be necessary. In fact, they all made it clear that I was URGED to come back in for adjustments to any work that was done!

I am SO VERY GLAD that I finally got my butt in gear and did something about my unhappiness with my former dentist.

I have struggled with my teeth for many years. I get anxiety when I do go to a dentist. And then I met Dr. Zoe Nath and her staff. I was greeted with such kindness and explained my situation and they helped me out extremely. I now know I have a dentist (and her staff) that truly understand me and I feel a lot less stressed out to go to a dentist. Thank you Dr. Zoe and Ashlyn and all your staff.
