Dr. Peter Bronec is by far an exceptional neurosurgeon. He has performed surgery on my back, my neck and most recently April 2017 removed a benign tumor from my brain. The tumor started growing rapidly and needed to come out. Dr. Bronec answered all my questions and concerns and put me and my family at ease. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bronec, Laura, Joey Robinson, Kim, and all of Dr. Bronec's other staff. They are all very kind, courteous, professional people. I can honestly say that I am proud to be a patient of Dr. Bronec and would recommend him to any of my friends and family. The care I received was awesome. Thank you all so very much!!! I am blessed to have such a fantastic surgeon.

Dr. Bronec was fantastic! My mother had a menginioma the size af an apricot on her brain. Dr. Bronec saw us the same day she found out and operated 10 days later removing the whole tumor. He went out of his way to see that she was well taken care of and he was more than attentive to us as the family and our numerous questions. Laura his nurse was also GREAT!! She gave us her cell number and told us to call her whenever we had an issue. Dr. Bronec also closely communicated with my moms primary care doctor to ensure that if other issues arose she would have someone close to treat her as we are an hour from his office. I would highly recommend him!

In 1996, I was a patient under Dr. Bronec's care. He removed a Hemangio Blastoma from my brain stem in a complicated 11 hour surgery, undoubtedly saving my life. If my vascular tumor had ruptured, I might have bled out in a matter of minutes. It was a very scary time for me and my family, and it was a great relief that both Dr. Bronec and his nurse, Laura, were very patient and thorough with their care. They both spent as much time as was needed to answer the many questions raised by me and my wife. Since then, I have enjoyed 16 years, symptom free. I have had no after-effects of the tumor, or surgery. I am athletic (kayaking, working out, swimming) and, at 59, I remain a do-it-yourself hobbyist, doing all kinds of work (including heavy lifting) on my home, automobiles, etc. I recently purchased a life insurance policy at a preferred rate, which is only offered to applicants in excellent help. I highly recommend Dr. Bronec as the best neurosurgeon in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Dr. Bronec and his staff went above and beyond to welcome me and my family in a day before Christmas. He is compassionate, patient, and very knowledgeable. I was so blessed to have him & his crew by my side as I underwent an 18 hr surgery to remove a tumor from my brain. After surgery, he and his nurse, Laura made themselves available whenever I needed them to answer any questions or concerns I had. Other than the long waits at appointment visits at times, all my experiences with Dr. Bronec and his team have been heavenly.

Dr. Bronec is very knowledgable and takes alot of time with each pt. He only recommends surgery if he he feels you truly need it. I have been seeing him for over a year now . He only orders testing if it helps him diagnostically with your care.

Dr. Bronec and his entire staff are compassionate, professional, and helpful in finding the best treatment for a successful outcome. After 18 years as Dr. Bronec's patient, I have found undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and experienced Neurosurgeon in the state. He is not only competent, but is an extremely focused practitioner. After three crainiotomies and lower back surgery, all with excellent outcomes, I would recommend his expertise to anyone who needs a caring, well educated, and dedicated Neurosurgeon.

Dr. Bronec and his team are all exceptional...professional, caring and on top of their game. He has performed two complex surgeries on me and I would never consider going elsewhere for my care. I have referred friends and family to him and no one has had a less than optimal experience.

Once Dr. Bronec found out that I had seeked a second opinion before surgery he and his staff would not see me in their office. Surgery is an important event that should not be considered lightly. Any dr. confident in their ability should not be threatened by getting another dr.'s second opinion.

Rude-obnoxious,treats patients in a subhuman way.Will subject patients to not related tests to create more problems.Do not trust him to care for me or recommend him to anybody.
