Just cut off my medications while citing a Paper From Ohio. Cannnot be seen outside of 5 minutes. Say's he's "retiring" but still in one office.

Wrote a Rx for me that was dangerous with the other meds he prescribed. The druggest caught it and called him about it. He called me to return to his office with the med, which he took from me and would not return in case it would be safe with different combinations of meds in the future. I paid $128 and he did not submit an insurance claim to get me refunded. It was NOT my mistake, but it was I who lost the money. That was several years ago and I am still angry. I mentioned it last month and he just said he doesn't remember and changed the subject. This is not fair. He should have filed the claim with his insurance provider I learned much later.
He bills insurance for 1/2 hour but spends 5 to less than 10 minutes talking politics, etc while he writes the prescriptions, then you are out the door. He says he is not a therapist. My last dr. did. Explained, counciled and advised, but he got a promotion and moved.

Dr. Rahman is highly unaccessible at Wellness Inc, and totally unaccessable through his own office. His reception would not even speak with me, though said curtly they are not accepting new patients. Often Dr. Rahman misses his own one day of the week he is available to patients, primarily to write prescriptions, at the Wellness office on Woodman Drive. Dr. Rahman is a replacement for a doctor who retired. That previous doctor wrote prescription for 3 month time frames, yet Dr. Rahman will only write for 2 months, citing some Ohio law he can not produce documentation of when questioned. The result is the Wellness office gets to charge more as each visit, costs $25 copay - all to have a script written which costs hundreds. All in all, I'm seeking another Doctor and I would NEVER refer Dr. Rahman or the Wellness clinic.

Doesn't give you 15 minute total appointment time. Charges extra for his signature on anything. Office is hot in summer and freezing in winter. Goes through office staff frequently.
