My children (ages 9 and 12) have been going to see Dr. Leifer for two years now. In that time, I have always been impressed with both Dr. Leifer's professionalism and the ease with which she interacts with children. I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician!

The most thorough pediatrician I have ever met. She not only diagnosed my child with something that others would miss but she got me into specialists immediately and continuously called me back until everything was settled and okay. I am so thankful for her.

As a first time mom, I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Leifer is with my son, and how patient she is with me. She takes the time to explain everything to me, from developmental milestones to vaccination information to what to expect when my son is teething. The best part is that my son loves her so I don't have to dread taking him there. I highly recommend Dr. Leifer!

Would not go to this office.The office staff is unprofessional, inefficient and rude. The secretaries adopt attitudes like they have MDs.The office records are not computerized so you get asked many times why your here. My experience with Dr. Leifer concerned my child's shots. My child threw up going into the office the day of the appointment. The Dr. decided my child was okay to get the shots anyway and didn't give my voiced concerns much thought (her child had the same shot and was fine). My child threw up in the car on the way home and convulsed. I called the office from the side of the road and got to speak to Dr. She thought my child was still just upset. I called when I got home and spoke to the nurse to get vac lot # and explained that my child was running a fever and listless. My child ran a high fever for over four nights and was "zombie like" This Dr.called back 2 days later.She spent less than 10 min with us before deciding my child was okay to get his shots.
