Sadly I am back on the waitlist for another specialist - this time I’d prefer one who identifies as human. Dr. Delrue was condescending, ignorant and clearly had her mind made up while ignoring my symptoms. She did not seem to even want to listen to my concerns. Powertrip.

Received 2nd Pfizer Jab and now have a Shoulder injury from improper administration of vaccine. Lots of pain and loss of mobility in left arm (my dominant arm)

Dr. Delrue is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer any questions. She is also kind and doesn’t lord her knowledge over you.

I think this Doctor is very helpful and very knowledgeable is at the top of her game all the time, comes to her session always with a plan, I have been very lucky to get a reference to see her.

Completely dismissive of me and my needs during a complicated pregnancy. Quite rude and unprofessional bedside manner and through electronic communications. Was not able to contact her or make appointments when needed and despite the plan of care initially, she has seemingly ‘forgot’ and neglected to follow through with that plan of care.

I have enormous respect for Dr. Andrea Delrue, and I’m so very grateful to have been her patient for the last 9 years. From my experience, one usually has to go to Toronto to see a specialist of her caliber. How very blessed we are to have her in St. Catharines. She’s the most knowledgeable, kindest, and most caring doctor I’ve known, in my 75 years of a medically complicated life!

Dr. Delrue has literally saved my life. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have been able to get pregnant and have my son. I was told I could never have kids and due to many other factors including my weight. She was the first doctor to listen to me and help ease my anxiety. I've been with her for over a year and I see her often. Laura in the office is extremely helpful. I am so lucky to have her on my team! I am sad to see not everyone feels the same, she can be blunt for sure, but she genuinely cares about her patients.

Incredibly nasty and judgmental. Ignores your concerns and treats you like dirt if your lived reality goes against her preconceived opinion. Terrible bedside manner and totally unwilling to admit when she's made a mistake - instead she'll just berate the patient.
