Reviews on other sites have described Dr. Cronin as rude, condescending, dismissive, and belittling. In my opinion, all of those characterizations are accurate. However, I believe Dr. Cronin's faults go beyond even those serious issues. Specifically, I would describe Dr. Cronin as being aggressively hostile if she concludes that you have wronged her by not providing her information to which she feels she is entitled. For example, my minor child was her patient. She called a meeting with me recently, ostensibly to discuss potential treatments for my kid. However, in actuality, the meeting is better described as an ambush. She opened the "conversation" (really, harangue) by accusing me multiple times of having "lied" to her by not sharing certain treatment my daughter was receiving from another provider. That treatment was for care for mental health issues that I believed Dr. Cronin was not able to provide. I was shocked and taken aback that she would accuse me of lying, rather than attempting a civil discussion to try to get the information she felt she needed. I strongly urge you to avoid this doctor!

This doctor used to be my PCP. She diagnosed a skin disorder that NO ONE had been able to, and was always an excellent listener, diagnostician, and doctor. She also has a great outlook on life that she shares with her patients. I miss her greatly.
