I've been to Dr Lombardo several times just this year alone am VERY happy with him. He performed surgery on my foot a month ago - before, during, and aftercare I've never had anything to complain/worry about with him. Very nice and caring. The staff has gone out of their way to help me with my schedule and I'm very grateful. Zero complaints and have recommended him to q couple friends. I wish he was at his Ofallon location more than once a week but still doesn't change my opinion of him or the staff.

I went to Dr. Lombardo because of two hammertoes. He said I needed surgery. I told him I had a trip coming up in two months in which I needed to do a lot of walking and didn't want to do surgery unless I could be sure it would heal in that time. He assured me it would be healed. IT WASN'T. He gave me cortisone shots in both toes that did absolutely nothing. My 4th toes is raised up so it rubs on my shoes and gets very sore and the last toe is rotated outward so the nail faces the side of my shoe. It is a mess and still hurts after 3 1/2 months. Walking was very difficult on my trip and, in an attempt to protect that foot (I think) I ended up with terrible pain in the heel of my other foot. I'm very unhappy with the whole thing.

Good doctor but very bad customer service and never on time. Be prepared to wait more than an hour before you called. Appointment time does not count: first come, first served - very disappointing... I would not recommend to anyone.

The problem was not completely taken care of on the first visit, resulting in an infection of the toe. Was kept waiting 50 minutes on second visit only to be told no sterile instruments were available to perform the correct procedure, so appointment was rescheduled. On the date of the rescheduled appointment, we were notified a few hours in advance that the appointment had to be delayed due to "emergency surgery". Later we were notified that the appointment had to be rescheduled altogether and we could not get another appointment for an entire week. This was unacceptable.

Dr. Lombardo is GREAT! I have been to another podiatrist in the area, and not so impressed. He was recommended to me, and I have since sent several friends to him. I often have a wait late in the day.... but this often seems to be true of great doctors who take the time needed with their patients.

Dr. Lombardo is the MOST caring and considerate doctor I have met in a long time! He is knowledgeable, but doesn't speak down to you. I would recommend him to anyone who would rather have a caring and knowledgeable doctor that takes time with his patients; than the typical doctor with no 'bed-side manner'. I wish all doctors were as genuine as he is!

Dr Lombardo's office staff is fantastic, I consistently recommend him to friends and family who have no complaints. Due to his kindness and thoroughness he has a habit of running late. I don't believe in staying in the office with a doctor more than necessary. Since he is a specialty Dr I am in and out (once he gets there) in about 15 minutes unless I have to have. X-rays. I have been a patient for going on 6 years and have. Had him treat a number problems successfully. You know he is good if other Doctors and their spouses go to him for care.
