Dr. Oldani was very professional and kind. He is very knowledgeable and makes a patient feel at ease. Now the bad side of his practice, at the Arnold Office - the staff. Kathy, the assistant needs to have an attitude check and needs to listen instead of argue with patients. If Dr. Oldani knew how Kathy spoke to me on the phone, I know he would at least give her a reprimand for unprofessional behavior. Insurance does cover procedures, when staff know proper codes to use on the claim forms. I have never been told by a medical office that they will not use my pharmacy for a prescription. Never. But Kathy sure will tell you that she won't do her job and use my pharmacy. Maybe she is getting a kick-back? hmm I don't know. But BEWARE is all I say when needing a Procedure or a Prescription.
Unfortunately I will not be returning to see the bright eyed Dr. Oldani because of Kathy and how I was treated as a patient.

I saw Dr. Oldani for a pain in my heel. He gave me a cortizone shot. He never suggested exercising or orthotics. I was 'given' a wrap which was suppose to lift my arch. I had to sign a form saying I would pay the $75 for this wrap if it was not covered by insurance. X-rays were 'normal' according to Dr. Oldani. A week later the pain was still significant so I returned to his office. The technician looked at the wrap which was stretched out and she replaced it. Dr. Oldani reexamined my foot still maintained that I had plantar fasciitis. Suggested physical therapy, gave me a prescription for Melaxicam after I told him I had gone through a bottle of ibuprofen in two days. I had an appointment to get a second cortizone shot but instead went to a different podiatrist who saw something on the X-ray and had an MRI done which revealed I have a stress fracture in my heel not plantar fasciitis.

Sr. Oldani is always up to the newest and latest technologies. He cares for his patients on a personal level and I would recommend him highly. I have never waiting more than 10 minutes to be seen WOW I know (never heard of that with any other doctor) Even more reason to have him as your podiatrist

He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He even came in on a Sunday morning when I had a problem. He gives out lots of samples to save money. His after-hours number is his cell phone, so you can easily get ahold of him. I have recommended him to everyone I know, and I will continue to do so as long as I live!!!
