My husband and I both think the world of Dr. Weisfogel. He is the top. We trust his decisions and his recommendations of other doctors we might need for things other than cardiology. He is a caring physician and his staff is tops. I get very nervous when I see a doctor and his nurses make you feel at ease. He is one of the most intelligent doctors we know.

Dr. Weisfogel is one of the most caring physicians I know and is always available. He has great diagnostic skills and is interested in all aspects of my life. He spends considerable time with each patient. I know he is highly respected by other doctors since my other physicians all regard him highly. I trust him.

My father went to him after a routine cardiogram picked up a problem. After a cath showed blocked arteries he told him at the first visit."You need 4 bypasses" We took him to Mount Sinai to Dr. Fuster who is the chief and he told him. Conservative medical management. He lived 20 years after that and never had any surgery. I would never recommend him!

When I first started with Dr. Weisfogel in the 80's he was ver attentive and caring. I don't know what happened over the years but he has changed. It is impossible to get a live voice on the phone and it may be days before someone calls you back. he never momitored my diabetes and never did appropriate blood work.In 2004 after undergoing many expensive tests, which he did not even bother to read, he told me he didn't know what as causing my problems but one thing was for sure, I would never have a heart attack. Three days later, experiencing chest pains, I assumed it was indigestion because he said I wouln't have a heart attack. After three days of self treating,my husband called 911 and off I went to the hospital with a heart attack.. He didn't have the courtesy to see me in the hospital. I have never used him again and not have a wonderful doctor who cares about me. I would NEVER reccomend Weisfogel to anyone. Had he bothered to read my tests, I wouldn't have had the heart attack.

Excellent Doctor!! Takes the time to explain your condition and isn't hurried. That's probably why he runs a little behind.

Dr. Weisfogel is a very caring, concerned physician...the reason for the long waits is that he takes the time to discuss with me what we need to, without rushing to the next appointment. He also seems extremely concerned for my health, giving me the sense that he cares about me as a person and not simply as a patient. I am also impressed by his knowledge and understanding of health situations and trust him completely.
