I had a very positive encounter with the Doctor! However, when I hurt my eye and couldn't see, I was refused an appointment or to speak with the doctor.

Very satisfied with Dr. Cramer. Convenient, helpful and does a good job. Only minor complaint is I wish there were more frames to choose from.

Went to him for eye exam told him I was having bright lights and floaters in left eye he passed it off as nothing to be concerned of. Three months later I am having surgery in my eye because they were signs of retinal detachment and tear. He should of told me to go to a specialist now I am going to surgery thank you so much for your mistake. Will never go to him again

I had been seeing this doctor for over 20 years and never had a problem. On one visit he tells me that I have something on my cornea. He said not to worry about it because it wouldn't affect my vision, but it wouldn't go away. A couple weeks later it disappeared. I overlooked this and then a couple years later when I broke a contact I had to quickly get into see him and was told that I may never be able to wear contacts again because my contacts had molded to my eye and I was now experiencing vision problems due to that. Apparently I should have replaced my gas permeable contacts years earlier and had even gone in on one occassion with the intent to buy, but was discouraged from doing so. He also never told me that this was something I should be concerned about. It seems like it's a common problem with hard contact lens wearers, but he never mentioned it. Also his staff is very rude and dumber than a doornail. Took me a week to get new contacts from a place 3 blocks away.
