Dr. Lovall did not want to fallow through with necessary medical test and required driving evaluation ordered by Methodist Hospital and rehabilitation facility and the BMV. Got Dr. Lovall to schedule medical test through another hospital that he is allowed to practice at. But gave patient permission to operate a car and dismissed necessity of compliance of driver’s evaluation to the patient. Dr. Lovall’s actions would cause the cancellation of drivers license by the BMV and or if accident would acura without proof of physical ability to operate a automobile patient would be liable in future lawsuits.
