Wait times are often long and when you do get to see the Dr it feels rushed like they are just pushing you through to get to the next person. Concerns and questions were met with what I felt were short almost angry responses. I have asked if it would be better if I find another cardiologist since the level of care is concerning considering my condition.

This doctor is getting worse every year. I had been going to him for 11 years before I had to find a new doctor. 2006-2014 he was good and I was happy with my care. After being told I need to go on blood pressure meds with a bp of 117/70, I was shocked. Also he stopped actually looking at the tests results and missed some very important results from the echocardiogram.
The office staff is ok but I witnessed them making fun of a patient who obviously was challenged with a tad of dementia , that was the last straw . The staff and poor attention to details regarding my health was enough to move to a more caring and competent doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stevenson for years and he has kept me well. He has been very knowledgeable in the cardio field. I would highly recommend him as your doctor.

Dr. Stevenson is an excellent doctor. He diagnosed my problem immediately and understood the severity of my condition and took prompt action. I am alive today because of this doctor. I will recommend this doctor to everyone I know.

Missed seeing a 30mm (size of a half dollar) hole in my heart via an echo AND diagnosed me with pulmonary hypertension (2 to 3 years to live). Ended up going to Mayo, they found the hole right away and repaired it. Expect to live a full life. HOW COULD THE DOCTOR MISS SEEING SUCH A LARGE ATRIAL SEPTAL DEFECT (hole) in my heart?!

He is an excellent cardiologist! He is patient, kind, and knowlegable!! He is usually on time and his staff is prompt, and helpful!! I, would recommend him to anyone!!
