Dr.Caron immediately sensed what was wrong with my shoulder and worked on it with her osteopathic skills. I really appreciated her understanding and comforting manner and felt much better. I would highly recommend her.

Records requested from my insurance, Health net, indicated that the doctor submitted the claims months too late. We were told upon beginning treatment that we did not require pre-approval for our daughter's treatment, that everything was taken care off. None of that was true. Claims were not submitted, pre-approval was required. We ended up with a huge balance of 920.00 for just three visits. We would have ceased to see doctor had she been indicating that there was a problem with the insurance. The doctor was unhelpful, insists on payment of full amount, despite her staff indicating after first visit that we could sign a form stating that we could only pay a certain amount. We feel totally tricked and lied at by this doctor. At some point, the billed amount was doubled, then the matter was handed off to a collection agency while we were still awaiting response by our insurance. This is a very, very bad doctor. Avoid absolutely!
