Dr. Horowitz is the most attentive doctor with an excellent bedside manner I've ever gone to. He listens! He truly cares about his patients. Additionally, he's very knowledgeable medically. He's been right on the money about medical conditions.

Dr. Horowitz and the office staff is great, but the billing department is not well organized. Before you make the monetary commitment to this program, discuss the basics with the doctor so that you can determine whether his plan will work for you. It was too restrictive for my lifestyle, but ,ay work for you. Good Luck!
