Dr. Wong has been my physician for over 20 years. she is amazing and really cares for her patients. Cannot say enough good things about her, but I wish more doctors were like her.

Dr. Wong is not just a terrific human being as her patients can sense - she is an exceptional all-round physician who genuinely cares about her patients. I believe she sacrifices a lot personally to take care of so many patients.
It'd be nice if she was allowed to take a breather, to preserve her own well-being, I query that she's burning the candle at both ends. I realize that her patients teally love her one on one care, but maybe we need to consider the huge demand on Dr. Wong.
I'm sure she's quite overwhelmed at times, but despite that, this does not seem to prevent her from taking such good care of her patients.
I enjoy speaking with her immensely during my regular visits but upon realizing just how busy she is, I intend to refrain from taking up her time so that she can squeeze time for herself and continue to care for her other patients.

She is a good doctor but her office is run poorly, the wait times are unbelievable. The receptionist is disorganized, has mixed up files and has more than once broken confidentiality which I believe should be reported.

I am grateful that Dr Wong has been the trusted family physician for my immediate family of 5, most of my extended family as well as many of my colleagues and friends (who happen to be medical professionals themselves!). Knowledgeable and compassionate, kind, and respectful to all, she is unparalleled in her commitment to her patients. A good doctor is hard to find and Dr Wong truly ranks amongst the best. To anyone who feels otherwise I say ...if you don’t appreciate top quality care from a fabulous MD (& her terrific receptionist!) willing to truly get to know you and your medical situation...best of luck to you on your quest for something else...more room for the rest of us appreciative ones ..and a better chance for keen prospective patients on her justifiably perpetually lengthy waiting list.

She was my doctor for most of my life, but her hours are not convenient at all and her receptionist is quite rude and broke confidentiality calling my parent's home line instead of my cellphone, which was why i ended the relationship.

My family and I were former patients of Dr. Shedletzky and we then transferred to Dr Wong. She is a great person very friendly however I don't see any sense of urgency in her. Blood pressure is high ok lets wait 6 months and see. No follow up. She sits in her corner on the desk and barely touches you to see what your issues are. I love her but her sense of urgency or concern concerns me. The wait time is horrible. Make sure you book a full day off bc most of her patients are older and they arrive as couples so they have to have a long conversation about the last soap opera. There is no reason you should have to wait 3 hours to see your Dr. when you booked an appt for 1pm.

She's honestly amazing! And Julie is too! Very kindhearted. Her wait times are long, but it's because she has many patients, and she has many patients because she's an amazing doctor so everyone wants to see her. One of a kind. One of the best, if not the best.

Have been going to Dr Wong for YEARS. She is awesome - attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable. Only negative is the wait time. Its hard to get an appointment. The office hours aren't great either and when you're in, you need to expect to wait. But on the upside, she takes her time with me and never makes you feel rushed. She always makes me feel important.
