He tried to get a blood sample after wiping the area with a ball of cotton wool that was on the side when I walked in. I eventually asked him to provide alcohol ,a new needle and drew blood myself as he couldn't. 2 days later I awoke unable to use my arm, the site where he went was infected up to my shoulder.
I fought for my life for a week on the strongest antibiotics that the NHS could provide, I couldn't go to hospital as advised and go on a drip as I'm a single parent with nobody to help. After 3 odd years and with the help of Steve Double MP he wrote saying he now cleans with alcohol before using a needle but no apology for the fear and pain caused. I won't give details of the worst effects in case you need to eat later.

I wouldn’t know about his knowledge since he refused to answer questions he is paid for.
