I have been going to Dr. Jovanovic for years and he is efficient, polite/friendly and a good doctor. I do agree however with the negative feedback of his office staff. I feel tension and discomfort from the minute I walk in there and feel like maybe she hates her job, or just life but somebody should teach her some manners and or how to be less abrasive!

I recently went along with my elderly parent to an appointment at this office. I found the Dr. to be a very odd fellow although he was kind and thorough. The reason I’m leaving this review is solely to comment on the disgustingly rude secretary with the Black hair. Trish is her name I believe. There is just no reason for someone to treat people the way she does both on the phone and in person. Be forewarned if you go to this office a d be ready to treated disrespectfully. Absolutely terrible the way she speaks to elderly people. I hope the Dr. sees this and does something about it. Awful !

Dr Jovanovic, what can I say , WOW! He’s great. I was in his care for almost a decade and I am diagnosed with Multiple Melonoma’s . He is so caring ,paying very close attention to details and totally professional.
His fingers and eyes are the extensions of his very experienced mind. His work by nature is close up.
I’ shocked at the negative comments. And yes, all the staff are great too.

My family Dr. Sent me to this appointment and warned me about how rude the receptionist is. Even with the warning I was blown away at how u professional “Trish” was. And u witnessed her talking down to a elderly woman who was hard of hearing and mock her. So hard to believe she can be allowed to act like this. Dr. J was knowledgeable however he is very touchy feely in places that were not needed for him to touch. He was examiningy neck and had me remove my pants. I wasn’t going to leave a review but after reading the other reviews people should know about this.

Dr Jovanovic has been my Dr for several years and has detected all my skin cancers and listens to my concerns re my skin and melanoma treatment , I feel he truly cares and works very hard , I’m so grateful for Dr Jovanovic

Dr.Jovanovic is great! He’s been my dermatologist for many years. He’s very professional, compassionate & knowledgeable. He’s through with his checks & there is nothing wrong with the way he does them. I’ve been by myself & I’ve had a person with me at times(just b/c they’ve happen to be with me) & they have always been the same. I have nothing bad to say about him! His receptionist on the other hand is SO rude. She’s extremely short with people, has ZERO compassion & honestly just a b*tch. I have never understood why he’s kept her around. If it wasn’t for the fact Dr.J is amazing, I would have stopped going years ago so I didn’t have to deal with that lady.
