If I could give 0 stars, I would. Scott Herron destroyed my son's arm. He broke both bones in his forearm, but it was non-displaced, meaning the arm wasn't deformed. Scott Herron put the cast on and squeezed it so tightly that my son was screaming he could feel his bones moving. By the time we walked out of the room and made our way to the front desk, my son's hand turned blue. I demanded the cast be removed, but Scott Herron refused. I immediately drove my son to the emergency room, and they told me to go back to the doctor office. So I went to another one of his offices. I was told at the front desk that Scott Herron called ahead and ordered the PA (physician assistant) to not remove the cast. Or next scheduled appointment was 6 weeks down the road, but it was too late by then. My son ended up with a forearm that was bent and permanent disability. I filed a malpractice lawsuit on my son's behalf and Scott Herron tried to counter sue me for malicious prosecution. My son (who was 11 years old at the time) win the maximum malpractice award allowed in California, he was also awarded almost $200,000 more in punitive damages. Trust this man at your own risk.

I had a total hip replacement performed by Dr. Herron in February of 2015. The operation went very well, and I experienced very little discomfort and no significant pain. The recovery took just a couple of short months, and then I felt great! I was able to do hard work in my garden, digging a lot of flower and vegetable beds. The work enabled me to lose about thirty pounds, from 197 to 170. This, in turn, allowed my Diabetes Type II to be downgraded to "prediabetes," and if I lose a little more weight, I will not even have that designation. After two years, I still feel great, like I never had a bad hip. I haven't been able to walk or run in many years!

I appreciate his no nonsense professionalism. He focuses on the problem presented and gives you a treatment plan. He starts with a conservative treatment and doesn't always consider surgery has top priority. He is honest and knowledgeable with his skill. I had shoulder pain and he recommended physical therapy that helped improve my condition. I know sometimes people don't agree with his recommendations for conservative treatment but it benefited me. He is the Professional and I trust his advice. He is the BEST!!!!

He as super kind to my son, and was the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. You can really tell he loves his job, and really cares about the patients. 5 stars all the way!!!

I was very pleased with Dr. Herron performing a total hip replacement surgery. He is very through and caring. During office visits he takes the time to listen...not in a hurry like most doctors are nowaday.

Dr. Herron is only interested in money. Even when I explained to him that money is currently an issue for me, he insisted that I pay $20 to get medical records from his office. He wanted this money even when the records were requested from medical facility to medical facility. He does not speak to you like an equal. I felt he was looking down his nose at us. I did not have any complaint about the way he treated my son. He was knowledgeable, but didn't seem to be able to convey that knowledge to us so that we understood what may or may not happen in the future.
