Impatient and Rude. I would avoid this doctor if given the opportunity.

Dr. Shen has always been a caring, patient, and kind doctor from the first day I met her. She has been my family doctor ever since I was a teenager. I just had a regular check-up with her today. :)

She has been my family doctor for over 2 decades. In the past she was a kind, helpful, and professional doctor; but these last few years, she became very condescending, impatient, and rude. Don't like her attitude at all. Now visiting her is a stressful experience. Not what you want in a doctor.

Dr. Angela Shen has been my GP for 2 decades. She was nice in the beginning of her practice and deteriorated over the years. She’s become very unprofessional, ill mannered, disrespectful and tactless, really rude. I am hypertensive on medication but did not even check my blood pressure. Her treatment to her patients depends definitely on her mood.

Rude and inpatient, not allow patients to discuss more than 2 problems, must book another time; often express temper tandrum at patient.

I have been her patient since her day 1 being as a family doctor. She was very good to me in the very beginning but her attitude and professionalism has been deteriorating since. So inpatient with me and not dare to answer any of my concerns. She merely spends less than 3 mins talking with me and I am not even finish my last conversation and she already walks towards the doorway and eager to leave. Stone cold face throughout. Honestly I give my 100% respect to all doctors (just right behind my parents) given I was always sick during my young ages and I super respect doctors from my eyes. However everything has an one off and I guess she is one of it. Thanks

Dr. Shen has been my GP for almost 20 years. She is very knowledgeable and will try all avenues of treatment. I have had numerous issues including long term health issues. She has seen me through all that. As expected with most sought after physicians, she may run late for appointments so plan your time wisely and list down what you want to discuss with her. I have read the other reviews and it is uncharacteristic of her. It is obvious that if you are a non compliant patient, you will get a scolding. Or if you expect to only see her once a year to get 6 months worth of prescription meds , good luck. A GP or family physician needs to see her patients often to really know the medical issues. All in all, she's one of the best.

I have been seeing her for many years and she has been kind and helpful to me at all times. My parents have been in good hands for 5 years and I am confident that she is looking out for them.

I have been seeing her for many years. She has good days and a lot of bad days. Avoid her at all costs on bad days. Most of the time, she only cares if you might be pregnant or not. I can use a drugstore test for that. If you're not pregnant or if you're over 30, she is rude and does not care.
