I recently visited Dr. Catherine Causer with my Ukrainian godmother, who does not speak English. I must commend Dr. Catherine Causer for her exceptional care and compassion during our appointments. She made my godmother feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Catherine Causer's dedication to providing excellent care for her patients is truly commendable. I highly recommend her as a caring and attentive doctor.

Absolutely fantastic doctor. Lovely manner, feels like visiting a friend. She is very caring & shows empathy. She doesn’t delay in requesting tests or referring to a specialist. Can’t praise her enough. We considered moving house once but decided against it as I didn’t want to lose her as our G.P.!

Amazing doctor, manages to make you feel like you are her only patient. Sympathetic, excellent listener, methodical approach, and fixes you! Dr Causer is the best doctor I have ever been to.

Very dissappointed. I felt that she was very unsympathetic towards me and my problem. She had not looked at my notes and asked me inappropriate questions. Having suffered virtually all my life, she spoke to me as if I knew nothing about my condition. I felt patronised and humiliated. I honestly felt that she was way out of her depth. I came away feeling very distressed. I will never see her again

This is the best doctor i have ever seen so kind and understanding . wish i could find out where she is practising now as i would give anything to be able to register with her again .It was a sad day for me when she left Derby Rd Surgery . anyone know where doctor Causer is now please e mail me bernadettelynn08@aol.com thankyou

Regarding the previous rating, Dr Causer is indeed a very good GP, and was my GP at the Copnor Road Surgery until she left there about 18 months ago. Where does she practice now ?

I found that Dr Causer has no ratings, so I’ve decided to write one. At work I test medical software, so I know enough not try to judge clinical decisions, but I can say that Dr Causer’s decisions were consistently logical, sensible and successful. The successful treatment of my knee problem and management of a stomach problem, which was ( mostly ) by Dr Causer, has improved my health to the point where I can think about a more sporty active lifestyle. She was always more pro active than other doctors. She prescribed medication, ordered tests and referred me to specialists. Also she ignored unfair criticism of me from other doctors. In consultations I felt like we were working together on my problems, which was very reassuring for me. This may have been partly due to her informal phraseology which makes her sound more equal. Her pro active approach to decision making and her co-operative style of consulting convinced me to trust this doctor more than I have any other previously
