The wait times can b long if ge is called to the hospital but the Doctor told us that could happen the first time we saw him. On the other side of that when my mother had her TIA I was glad he was in the hospital to see her that same day...so he probably had clients waiting at his office while he saw to my mother

The temporary replacement receptionist is beyond terrible and unprofessional!!!! She doesn’t have a lick of an idea as to what she’s doing. I really hope Jeje comes back soon. This office is falling apart

Actually atrocious when it comes to wait times. I’m currently still waiting with my very hungry girlfriend for well over 5 hours now.

I've worked in hospital for 50 yrs . I'm appalled that the office staff does not answer the phone nor do they return calls . As of late , there is no longer a voicemail to be accessed . dr mustafa is a specialist -patients are worried and waiting to be seen or at the very least , know that they have been addressed . If this is the best he can do for office staff ,how informed and efficient can he be ??

Most of the problems I had was the receptionists fault with the wait time and stuff looking lazy. the doctor himself was amazing . He clearly looks tired but yet still tries hard to make sure i get what I need. I honestly blame the wait time and scheduling of the hospital not the doctor

Staff very incompetent, lies and not professional on the telephone, I kept my phone message from this office staff employee just to prove how unprofessional the office staff is and not helpful, they're very not serious, the staff is very complicated especially whoever makes appointments they're not reliable.

He is a very busy doctor! Yes I had to wait about 5 hours as he was a bit late ! People need to understand that he works at the hospital and sees patients there that were referred to by the er department! I don’t mind the wait !

The wait time to see Dr Mustafa is ridiculous. My husband waited beyond the average 3-4 hour wait time, it was more like 8 hours wait just for a 5 min appt. He may be one of the best but oblivious when it comes to his patients time waiting for their scheduled appointments. Yet if you miss an appt, you are charged $110. Ridiculous!

i 1st saw him at the TIA clinic he was awesome but today i had an appt at his office the receptionist acted like she could had better things to do right from the start. My appt was for 1:45 i arrived at 1:30 as i hate being late for anything boy was i in for a surprise. The good Dr don't mind being late at all by 4:15 i was still sitting in the waiting room so i asked the receptionist if she had any idea of how much longer it would be she said 45 mins to an hr or maybe a little longer. That was when i asked to reschedule my appt and walked out. I get having to wait a little while. I also get that specialists are busy and their time is important but so is mine and so is the time of every other patient it is NOT comfortable to sit waiting that long especially for the elderly or patients that already have enough issues to deal with. He might have seemed awesome at the TIA clinic but i was less than impressed with how his personal office is run.
