Interesting dates on these comments. Negative reviews immediately followed by gushing ones. Coincidence? Got an appointment comming up. I like the staff but cant stand that receptionist.

I dislike going to the dentist but going to Dr Neals office has been great I always feel like I have been taken care of. My husband is a pilot and has a diffcult schedule Dr Neals receptionists and staff have been great for years!

The office staff can be warm an cold towards you, however the receptionist should not be dealing with the public period. The root planing charges need to be investigated further.

Dr. Neal has been our family dentist for 25 years. I have been impressed with his cosmetic work - he is a perfectionist and if the tooth does not look perfect it was redone immediately. He was the dentist for all 6 of my children and never had any problems with their procedures. He recommended orthodontist when needed braces for 1 child and specialist for wisdom teeth extractions for others. I and my husband never encountered any problems with office staff.

Thank goodness for the internet age! I can see that I’m not the only one who’s offended by the astonishingly rude and pushy receptionist working for Dr. Neal, astonishing because everyone else in Dr. Neal’s office displays the utmost courtesy and professionalism. And, I feel sorry for her co-workers because I’ve seen her show the same behavior towards them. In spite of going to Dr. Neal for years, I’m contemplating going to another dentist because I’ve had enough of her attitude, which I’ve never encountered in any other medical practice.

Dr. Neal is top notch. I have always hated the dentist and he helped me through that. He corrected a few major problems from a dentist I had before. In a timely mannor too. He has given me back self confidence and a beautiful smile. All his assistance are just as friendly and helpful. Everyone in his office does a great job on making you feel comfortable. I have been seeing dr. Neal for about 5 years no and haven't had a problem :D

Excellent dentist. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Neal to my family and friends. He sorted out many long-standing issues I had with my teeth and I am very grateful.

Reserves here - often running late with no apology - charged for root planing when not done - my was insurance charged - not impressed. Had a follow up consult with a hygienist who said that 1) I would have been frozen for root planing 2) I did not need that procedure. Problems with child's dental work - adult tooth did not erupt - was toold not to worry - ortho consult shower adult tooth side ways under the gum - not impressed as this should have been dx'd with x-rays much earlier. Sealant issues with other children. Changed dentists - rude office staff and over charges dental plans.

Dr. Neal is very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly dentist who does great work. However, certain receptionists at his front desk sometimes tend to patronize and exceed their authority.

Dr. Neal is a very good dentist who communicates well and explains procedure with much knowledge and understanding towards his patients. He is professional, yet has a wonderful chairside manner. Although I will never switch dentist's, I am however, not impressed with one of his staff members at the front desk...who has a great deal of attitude. I feel she really detracts from the rest of the wonderful staff in the office.
