How to contact the centre is not clear. The administrator is rude, unhelpful and unsettling. The doctors are arrogant. I couldn't turn up for my appointment because of an anxiety attack before leaving my home. Doctors do not call back, receptionists are unsympathetic. I changed to this surgery after being homeless, with social anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, but they don't care. Rather than a business, they should work as a service, with care for the suicidal person who wishes to make an appointment!!!!!

Awful practice, impossible to get through on the phones, the entire practice provides a very poor service and i can't understand why anyone would stay with them. Crawford is an arrogant and unhelpful type.
