My kids are now young adults. They saw Dr. Thompson until he left his practice in the San Joaquin Valley to move for the coast. After reading the comments here, it's clear that he has changed very little in his style of treating patients. Even as a young pediatrician, he was superior. Whenever I brought one child in for an ailment, he automatically did a bried check of the toher child as well, since so many things are passed on betweeen siblings. He even commented, made recommendations, or looed down my throat if he didn't think I looked well on a given day. As someone else earlier suggested, I, too wish he had been a family practice physician.

Has always been available no matter the need. Always returns phone calls and gives great advice. Easy to get in when an appointment is needed at last minute for unforseen illness! Overall, everything a child and mother--a family needs in a dctor!

Both my kids love Dr. Thompson. He is always willing to listen and never makes us fell rushed. His office is almost always on time. I wish he could be the doctor for the whole family.

I love Dr. T! I heard rave reviews before my son was born and now that he's our pediatrician I can see why. He listens to our concerns and is informative. I never feel judged when I bring up my point of view even when he is firm on his.

At first I loved Dr. T. He was warm and friendly, always willing to talk about my concerns or questions. Over the course of the last 2 years- he seems to not enjoy the work or the clients, I'm not sure which it is. He doesn't listen like he use to when I bring my son in for appointments. It's like he's already made up his mind about what he's going to say regarding treatment before he even sees us. Also, Gary Cooper has left the practice. I wonder if he left because he wanted to work in a practice where they actually were caring for the clients!

Dr. "T" is the BEST pediatrician I have ever found. My son LOVES him and feels comfortable seeing him. Dr. "T" takes time to answer all of your questions and helps your child have fun in the exam room at the same time. Very knowledgable, very trustworthy and ethical. I HIGHLY recommend him or his P.A. Gary Cooper to any parent. Their staff is also very friendly and loves the kids.

Very, Very Nice Doctor. Not only is he concerned over the children, but cares about new mommy's as well.
