DR. DEGNAN IS THE BEST! BUT HIS STAFF-PARTICULARLY THE OFFICE MANAGER, HIS SISTER-IN-LAW, HAS NOT PEOPLE SKILLS! SHE ALWAYS SEEMS TO RUSH WHAT I WAS SAYING, SHE DOES NOT LISTEN; AND, DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, THEREFORE, IN MY CASE, DID NOT HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT SURGERY, THAT I HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET FOR YEARS. INS CO DID NOT DENY ME, THEY JUST NEVER GOT THE DETAILED DOCUMENTATION FROM MD OFFICE. ALSO, FOUND OUT THAT SHE DID NOT FILE OFFICE VISIT CLAIM CORRECTLY. AGAIN, HE IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCS, THAT I HAVE HAD....

This is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had in my life (and I'm 64 years old). He was always very helpful with whatever medical problem I was experiencing, and if he couldn't take care of it himself, he didn't hesitate to get me to a specialist. He and his staff were the more caring and considerate medical people I've ever encountered. I recently moved out of Florida and one of the hardest parts of leaving was to leave this wonderful doctor behind.

This man is a awesome person.I have been seeing him for over 10 years and I trust him with my life.He's very understanding and has a lot of knowledge.He is very thorough.I feel like he and his staff are like family now.I would highly recommend having him as your doctor.
