Staff sits together and spends too much time socializing. This causes errors.

Jeremy doesn’t care about his patients like he should. Not a very good doctor.

I had a great appointment today with Dr. Jeremy Laningham. He is very personable, listened well and is very knowledgeable. There was a wait to see him, but was worth it!

Terrible! My well check up was a joke-doctor chatted more than checked me. He never looked at my medical history. Finally he asked if I wanted lab work. Duh, of course I did. His nurse made mistakes when ordering the meds I had been using for 20 years. I finally got it cleared up after a few phone calls! Then the bill arrived for my well check/labs which was totally covered by insurance. The bill was for drawing blood and a follow up visit (never saw the doctor but once). What a scam. The billing company and his offices said the charges were because I needed prescriptions for pre-existing conditions. I will never be back there again. Worst doctor's appointment ever!

This is the worst Doctors Office I've ever had to deal with!! Dr Lanningham has no clue haw to deal with paitients, my appointment was at 2:30 I got there at 2:00 it was 3:50 and still didn't see the doctor, I came out of the room I have others errands, talk to the nurse, she said that is Monday are, then the doctor came I told him and the situation and he said I'm busy on Mondays, so why you overbooked your patients then. I've wait for my appointment for more that a month. I left the office so disappointed. Back to my regular doctor the best of the doctors, I just want to change doctors because I have to drive to much and this doctor is closer to my home and work (I work in Huntsville, live in Montgomery). Really mean doctor. STAY AWAY from this doctor, read the others reviews.

I have dealt with Ronda on numerous occasions and she has always been friendly and very helpful. The entire staff always works hard to make sure they take care of my family and I would recommend all my friends and family to Conroe Willis Family Medicine.

I'm, sorry I used to love Dr. Laningham, and I would have sworn him to be the best doctor in the world, and I had at one time recommended him to everyone I knew, but he literally ruined my life. I was a patient of his for over 10 years. I came to him once and asked him if he thought I had diabetes based on some symptoms I had. He told me not to be ridiculous, I asked him to test me any way and he did. They called me and told me the results were fine, nothing to worry about. Less than a year later I was admitted to the hospital for another issue and in the ER they kept asking me how long I had been diabetic. I told them I wasn't. They informed me I was. After I was released from the hospital I asked Dr. Langingham's office for a copy of my medical records so I could take them to see a specialist in diabetes. Turns out according to my blood tests I had out of normal range blood sugar readings for a full 3 years before the day I asked him to test me and almost 4 years before that day in the ER. Had Dr. Laningham paid attention to any of my blood work he could have caught this when I was pre-diabetic and I would have at least had a chance to turn it around. I really wish I could say he is a great doctor because I really did like him as a person, but no one should have to go through what I've gone through since all this without at least having a chance to turn it around, all because a doctor could not be bothered to read the lab results.
