Husband very sick. Prescription was called in wrong. Pharmacy tried contacting them in a timely manner. I also called as well as calling their emergency line for a physician on call to call me back 4 seperate times. No one ever called and my husband is very sick with no meds because of their lack of being exact with a prescription and not caring about the patient to call when a request has been asked for 5 times!!!

Put pediatric sized feeding tube in adult patient, sent on way with out pump arranged, advised family to gravity feed with bolus. Patient became very ill with hospital acquired infection. Tube clogged frequently. Had to be replaced in proper size by a different doctor. If relationship feels like a bad fit, trust your gut, go elsewhere.

Scheduled for endoscopy at 8 am at surgical center. Arrived at 7:50 having completed preregistration forms. Sat in waiting room watching patients of other physicians being processed into surgical room. Waited until 9 am and left. Not one employee, nurse or administrator approached to explain delay or inform me of reason. His time is no more valuable than mine. 10 days later, have not received call or apology for abandonment of surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shultz for over 20 years now. I am an RN at the hospital where he works, and I chose him to be my doctor out of the respect I gained for him seeing how he treated the patients and their families. He was always polite, respectful, courteous and proactive. He has helped
me and my family as he is now the GI for all of us. I credit him for saving my father's life when he came to the hospital at 3 AM and stopped my father's ulcer form bleeding. We will be forever thankful!
