I cannot believe that Ruth would retire without A.) calling her patients with a "heads up" about her retirement Oct.31, 2018. B) not referring her patients to another doctor and C) not providing any medication renewals for her chronic pain patients. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. To leave her patients in the lurch is unconscionable.

I AM a previous patient of Dr. Dubins. I say previous because I left her practice for many of the above stated issues. Yes she was snappy, and moody and belittling. I didn't need it so I left.

She is the most ignorant ,selfish doctor I've ever met other than Dr Elaine Riddick .the by far is the worst but Dr Dubin isn't far behind. I was refered to her due to chronic pain due to a car accident . She did diagnose me with life long severe chronic pain and said I would need narcotic pain meds for the rest of my life. Only problem is she gives me a dose that would be suitable for ur pet mouse. Put neon the typical starting dose and wouldn't increase any further . And she kept pushing methadone on me . Which does nothing for pain . There would constantly be errors with the scripts she wrote so I would not receive them until the pharmacy could contact her. The pharmacy said she has to make herself available to be cinta red

Amazing doctor with huge knowledge base. Willing to be there for her patientswith in time of crisis. Has seen my child on an on call day. Has gotten me emergency help by phone. A rock to lean on. Excellent at diagnostics. Terribly missed as she is no longer seeing her gp patients.

I have been a patient of Dr.Dubin for 18 years. I see her as a GP and Chronic Care. I absolutely LOATHE Dr. Dubin. I am on narcotic pain relievers due to my jaw joints being replaced. Every time I need a medication renewed it's an issue. She has left me, on several occasions, with NO meds for a week, sometimes longer, when she goes on holiday etc. She has never once apologized and acts like it's my fault. I always feel like I'm being punished for something. I can't get her to make a referral either. I wouldn't recommend Dr.Dubin to my worst enemy. I've been trying to get a new doctor to no avail, they are very hesitant to take on someone who takes narcotic pain medications. If I lived is the U.S I would have sued Dr. Dubin long ago. Hands down the rudest, most uncompassionate and unintelligent doctor I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Left me to fend for myself with no Zoloft or Lithium script.because I was on the methadone program (CLEAN) for 9 years (who abandoned me for being 10 minutes late due to work). Dr Dubin DID NOT EVEN RESPOND to my frantic request for an appt., instead she told her secretary to inform me, when I called in for a response, that 'I was being treated in an ADDICTION FORMAT' and it was not up to her to provide me with a script for my psychiatric MEDS, without which I become very unpredictable. I had to plead my case with the pharmacist & get an emergency refill on my pills, until I could find a Dr. who actually GIVES A**** about their patients!
