I have a lung infection. The Doctor and his staff have been great. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to see him or to take test in his office. He actually sat with me while a took a breathing treatment!! I would recommend him to anyone that needed a pulmonary doctor!

Staff is rude and completely incompetent! Completely unwilling to put any kind of rush or urgency on a critical situation. Dr. makes you feel unimportant and rushes through appointments! Office is dusty and smells dingy! GO TO TUCSON IF YOU NEED A PULMONOLOGIST!!!!

Poor bedside manner. Doesn't spend enough time with you. Doesn't spend enough time answering questions or explaining himself. Better off going to Tucson

Dr Youssef and his staff were very unfriendly and extremely unhelpful to my mother-in-law. She lives in Bisbee and has a hard time getting to see him. He told her she had a "yeast" infection in her lung, but not what kind. He wants to pass her off to another doctor. He won't talk to us, even though we have medical power of attorney. He won't give us a diagnosis or a prognosis. I would rate him less than one but that choice is not available.

This is in response to the comment from one lady who said there is no other Pulmonologist in town. You are correct, but at one time one came from Tucson once a month. Then Dr. Youssef came, and put me through a bunch of tests, changed my meds and sent me to rehab, and I truly believe in my mind that he saved my life. Since Dr. Y hired some excellent RTs, there is only a short waiting time now. I think the insurance dictates the time a doctor can spend with his patients.

Only Pulmonary Doctor in Sierra Vista, AZ. He seems to be good, but have no comparsion to another Pulmonary Specialist. Some like him and some don't. Seems a little short on time with patient and does not really explain anything.
