Great Doctor. Staff is incompetent. Nothing more to say. Will be leaving because of staff. Its a shame.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shahed for many years. He is highly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. He is more than a doctor he is a friend. He really cares. During his office visits he spends time with you and explains things thoroughly. Can't say enough about him! He is an amazing person and doctor! I highly recommend him!

I was Dr. Shahed's very first patient when he took over Dr. Al-Haddad's practice. He has taken care of me for a very long time and has been very good to me...the staff not so much. The staff he had when I was first seeing him were awesome, the staff of late I take issue with. I have a hard time reaching the office, my son also has issues reaching them also. The phone will just ring and ring then you get a recording to tell you to call back later. Other times I have called the refill line and actually gotten one of the staff, only to have them tell me to try again because they are having issues with the line. Wouldnt take my refill info and Ive had to wait till the following day to call it in. I love my doctor, even if he isnt all that punctual but the staff.... ahh, not so much!

Terrible staff, had to bend over backwards just go get ahold of his office, sent message 2 week prior to get refill of medication and no response, never even printed the prescription. Don't even bother going here.

I can't imagine another Dr. to care for my husband and I. We adore him. Personable, knowledgeable, very friendly, awesome staff. We highly recommend Dr. Shahed

Dr. Shahed is thorough, takes time to explain everything completely. Answers all your questions and does not appear to be in a hurry to get rid of you like most doctors. Dr. Shahed treats you like you are a family member, he really listens to you and tries to help not just the problem you came in for, but he looks out for your overall health as well. My friend referred me to him a year ago, it was the best thing for my health. I am a patient for life, and have brought my wife and son to him now. Could not be happier with Dr. Shahed.

I've been a patient for over five years. I am treated as if I am the one and only patient. All my questions are answered. Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. Paperwork is handled quickly and efficiently. Most important, I feel like I am in good hands at all times. I trust this doctor and his staff.

My Dr is a excellent person..i found him when i started working under him in a nursing facility and after seeing him with patients.i knew he was rite for my family. HE takes his time with each person,if u call after hours you get a call rite bk from him not someone else and he always makes what ur dealing with comfortable..He a great and wonderful Dr..
