I would like to thank Dr.A Dean for the help he gave me .All his staff at the Newwaterford dental clinic are super special.They are so nice and help you feel so at ease when you go there.I would highly recommend him and his staff .

Dr.Dean is a very good dentist. He is smart , knowledgeable and does the job rite. He has been looking after my teeth for 25 plus years now. The only complaint I have is if I make an appointment because I am in severe pain , he will take a look , tell me I have a cavity and send me home to wait it out for another week or two before he fills the cavity. He should be fixing these problems on the spot for all of the 15 mins it takes.

Without a doubt the WORST dentist I've ever been to in my entire life. First day I went in, I sat in the chair for less than 5 minutes, he told me I had a cavity (This was obvious, and I already knew pretty well I had a cavity. That's why I was there after all) and he sent me on my way after charging $47 dollars. Had to wait 3 weeks to get BACK in to his office, where he grind-ed my tooth down and I guess capped it. $165. Left there feeling some minor pain, and after a couple days the pain intensified. I went back 2 weeks later, he sat me down, looked in my mouth and told me "A bit of pain is fine". Proceeded to grind my tooth for 5 minutes and sent me on my way again. It is now almost a month since I had my original procedure and I've never felt this much tooth pain in my entire life. I've completely given up on this guy since I've already been in there once and he proved to show no motivation to fix it. Please, do yourself a favor, find another dentist.

Went in for a checkup, told me I needed a filling in an already filled tooth. Broke my tooth, now need $1000 root-canal which he cannot perform. Refused to cover the cost. Would not recommend this guy.

Just so you know he is a die hard Maple Leafs fan, pictures all over his office.. He is a great dentist, I have been going to Dr. Dean for 25 years, never did I want to see another dentist.. He does love a good joke. Some people say he gives too many root canals that are unnecessary but I have never had one yet, thank God.. He is not rough, he did a lot of work for mean through out the years, including putting braces on my teeth.. I really like him. Hope he doesn't retire any time soon.

Dr Dean is the roughest dentist i have ever gone to. He pulls teeth out like he is takeing a nail out of a tire. He is the only dr that i went to that i needed stitches and antibiotics after a tooth extraction.We have switched dentists and wouldnt recommend him to anyone!!
