Dr. Snyder was an excellent diagnostician. He successfully got me through two strokes, and I'm doing fine today as a result of his skill as a physician.

Dr. Roger Snyder is one of the most thorough and competent doctors I have dealt with. I had developed a neuro-opthomological problem that presented complicated and contradictory symptoms, and caused me great anxiety. Dr. Snyder conducted the most complete and thorough examination I have had in many years. He isolated and differentiated the confusing and contradictatory symptoms presented to him and prescribed a course of treatment that resolved my problem. Dr. Snyder restored my health and, more importantly, restored my sense of confidence that my future health was not in jeopardy.

I don't think Dr Snyder should be allowed to practice medicine. I could have overlooked the minor issues I experienced: long waits in the office even for early morning appts, wouldn’t let my husband accompany me while I got a spinal tap, never remembered a thing about me even though I saw him several times in a few months, etc. However, there were some major issues: 1. He never got my spinal tap results and wasn't even aware of it. When I saw him a month later to get the results, it was too late for the lab to do the tests 2. Took 24 hrs to respond to my multiple phone calls when I had complications from the spinal tap he’d done and I needed medical help. 3. Referred me to a specialist, but wouldn't forward my records (I'd had extensive tests), despite repeated requests from both me and the new doctor over several months. I had to go to his office and threaten to sue before his staff bothered to copy my records. Its been a few years, but his name still makes me angry.

This guy has got to be put on the street!! He absolutely did not diagnose a major condition with me. Had he done so, I could have been saved a debilitating situation. The "main" lady who worked the front desk is one of the rudest people ever...don't mind the fact that she works at a doctor's office!! Disgusting all around. I wish to God I had seen another neurologist.

He was not sweet but sounded knowldgeable, was not a good listner though. His office was the worst, kept billing me at the wrong address for not showing up and cancelling my appointment less than 24 hours and sent the no show charge to collection. i got the call from collection agency after almost 1 year and was told that they sent bills to the wrong address and yet the office replied" we dont care, we've given this to collection- deal with them." OUTRAGEOUS

Dr. Snyder has to be one of the rudest, most arrogant doctors I have ever met. I accompanied my husband on this visit, and Dr. Snyder was discourteous and insulting from the outset. My husband and I were stunned...we had to stiffle the urge to get up and walk out. Needless to say, we found a new neurologist.
