One of the best, most caring, insightful and sympathetic G.P.s I have had in all my 57 years of life and certainly by far the best I have experienced in Norwich since moving here in 1996 (based on being his patient 2003-2011, years which were particularly difficult). His partners and receptionists too (such as Mary) were unfailingly pleasant, friendly and helpful such that I never had a cross word or cause for anything but praise of this doctor and practice in all the 7 years I was registered as a patient. In view of my other experiences with the NHS which have been mixed at best and pretty darn awful at worst (see my other reviews) as a former NHS Psychologist myself I can give no greater accolade than to say I consider this to be a 'model practice', one from which many other G.P. Practices could and should learn a great deal. If all NHS doctors and services took the very high standard of both competence and humsn sympathy of this practice as a pattern the NHS would improve greatly.
