Wow. First the phone message is three days old from the long weekend and mailbox is full. Finally a new message, still can't leave a message and no one answers. Nothing like a cardiologists office that doesn't pick up their phone. Then she has the nerve to say they are EXTREMELY busy. Sure, you don't answer and deal with phone calls when they come in.

My husband was recently referred to Dr Chau and prior to the visit we looked at these reviews and feared the worst. After meeting Dr Chau and her staff we are at an absolute loss as to these rankings as we found everyone at the clinic extremely helpful and professional. Dr Chau was delayed but this was as a result of seeing other patients and we were fully prepared for this. What made the difference was that when we saw Dr Chau she was very patient and took a considerable amount of time exploring my husband’s history and examining him. If this level of care means she runs late then we are more than willing to understand. We found her very down to earth and empathic. As for the staff we found Sue and Tess to be excellent. They were very friendly to everyone who arrived. In one case Sue spent considerable time explaining tests and the importance of completing them to a patient who was quite uneasy. We watched the phone being answered promptly and patients greeted warmly as they arrived. We had some time constraints due to other family issues and everyone bent over backwards to expedite tests and arrange follow-up. We left feeling very reassured and that we were in very good hands. I can only suggest to fellow patients to be understanding as to the pressures the profession is facing at the moment. We are very thankful Dr Chau is looking after us.

No matter how many times of call we made and how many messages we left, no one get back to me, nor return my family doctor's calls at all. Absolutely the WORST professional I ever met.

I am sitting here searching for an email address for Dr G Chau because the office staff do not return calls as promised. They messed up my mom's appt in September (which was postponed since Jan 2021) and I am still waiting for the office to reschedule. Here we are on Dec 28, 2022 and no return phone call. I went into the office in August to confirm the details of the September phone appointment. That was a waste of time since they called my number instead of my sister's number in September. I called several times in October and finally spoke to the staff who told me they will call back when they have an appointment. So far no call back and I have called and left messages several times. This is so unprofessional and I cannot believe I am sitting here writing this review. I made a note to call again tomorrow since my mom is very concerned that there has been no follow up appointment for the past two years. I would not recommend this Cardiologist to anyone. I understand they are busy, but what about the patients with heart issues who are anxiously waiting for that follow up appointment?

Dr. Chua and her staff are amazing. My father has been under the supervision of Dr. Chua for many years regarding his heart issues. She is very knowledgeable and takes immediate action when needed. My father is so great full to her and her staff.

This Doctor is hopeless.
My wife got her Echo Cardio done on July 20th, 2022 and she never bothered to send the report to the family doctor until August 8th, 2022
As a result of this delay she has affected my wife's heart condition which needed urgent treatment.
This is a case of gross negligence on the part of this Doctor and action should be taken against her for her irresponsible act !!

There is a staff member by the name of Tess who is the rudest person you will ever come across. The phone is never answered and the Dr. Is never at the office. If you need a form they charge $100 dollars. Do yourself a favour do not come here!!!! TERRIBLE!!! ZERO rating if I could!!!!!

The absolute WORST Doctor and SECRETARY Tess!!!
Secretary does not answer the phone you have to go there in person. The Dr. Does not care for patients and their urgency in care. Dr. And staff are the very worst do not go here!!!

SO VERY RUDE!!!!! PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS DR. Seek another cardiologist there are many that are way better than this!!!! You will not be disappointed with going somewhere else!!!

THE VERY WORST OFFICE AND CARDIOLOGIST!!! The receptionist TESS is a real piece of work!!! The office and the DR. Are scam artists and should be out of practice. DO NIT COME HERE if you value your care!!! My rating is a ZERO!!!
I would put no starts but was not an option!!!!! They are a mal practice for sure!! Also if you need a note they charge $100 for lies and of no help on paper. Be prepared and you have been warned!!! The WORST there is!!!
