So I visited Dr. Nelson for my Annuals. I got the blood report in few days with few marked High/Low and some not understandable hand writing notes. I called Dr. Nelson office and front desk / nurse explained little details of those notes (shouldn't they supposed to call the patient and explain by itself?). I asked for Dr. and was told she will return my call. No response for few days, so I called back again. Still same response Dr. will call back. Looks like they just want to see the patients, charge the insurance and thats it. No reco for medication and or other suggestion. This is not professional. I think they don't like my business. Good bye.

This docter is Crazy! She looks at you crazy and cant answer any of the questions I ask her, Which she should of known. She tells me to take a medication that other docter's have told me not to. WiIl Never go to her again! Unbelievable!

I saw Dr. Nelson because my primary care doctor did not have any appointments and I needed to be seen. I sensed that she was not comfortable with me and that she was judging me. I am obese, but that had nothing to do with the reason why I was in the office that day. On the other hand, Dr. Nelson treated my condition appropriately and I have complete confiedence in her medical knowledge and abilities.

I had scheduled my appt. 2 weeks in advance for a tentus shot. After waitng a half hour in the morning and missing work, the front desk told me they were all out of those shots. I never received a call or anything. What a lousy staff.

I agree! Dr. Nelson is amazing. She is very nice and helpful. The staff on the other hand, are horribly rude. I went in for a physical but I will not be going back.

The doctors are okay, but the staff is RUDE and unreliable! I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to have blood drawn. I was forgotten about and waited 45 minutes in an examation room. I asked to have a call from a doctor and the doctor never recieved the message. I've finally had enough! Since I am healthy and I basically like the doctors, I have been with the practice for years, but I can't put up with their staff any longer! Don't subject yourself to this staff's rude and irresponsible behavior. Find another doctor!
