I have been suffering of back pain for approximately 20 years and was seeking a sustained relief. I have been receiving epidural injections to relieve the constant pain and numbness of my left leg. I have postponed surgical correction due to several reports of only partial relief. In 2018 I read Dr. Peoples reviews and decided to have a consultation with him. After reviewing my most recent MRI he discussed with me the possible causes of my discomfort. Based on the previous diagnosis and his own diagnosis he recommended a laminectomy and diseconomy procedures to be performed. There was no pressure, Dr. Peoples left the decision to me which I thought was very professional. The surgery was done in late January and after my recovery, I felt total relief and now free from pain. I find Dr. Peoples to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable. His demeanor is beyond reproach, very compassionate and took the extra mile to explain the entire procedure as well as the expectations following the procedure. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Dr. Peoples to patients who have been suffering from back pain due to herniated discs, spinal stenosis, etc. to have yourselves evaluated and consult with him for relief. He is the best in my book.

By far the BEST doctor I have ever been to. He spent over an our during my consult, which is unheard of. He's knowledgeable, passionate and genuinely loves what he does. I went from 4 months of nerve pain to instant relief. What a lifesaver! I would highly recommend Dr. Peoples to anyone seeking a exceptional neurosurgeon.

Microdiscectomy/laminotomy patient: After 3 years thoroughly researching Doctors & desperately trying to fix my back with non-invasive modalities, I took the advice of several Dr. friends (Stanford & Baylor Graduates), Family members who work as medical device reps & have "word on the street" observing surgeries outcomes, & local athletes. Dr. Peoples was the top of the few I was referred were quality surgeons. He was methodical, precise, & caring. His goal was minimally invasive surgery and to get me back to work and motherhood. I'm no longer bed ridden and feel amazing.

Dr. Peoples helped me with a second opinion that I needed based on the results and opinions of my neurologist and he was excellent! He has years of experience and is super knowledgeable. He even reviews all your records and tests before you are even seen at his office so that he pretty much knows your whole situation even before your appointment. He does his homework and his office is super organized and efficient. I felt very confident with this doctor. I wish all doctors in Las Vegas were like Dr. Peoples.

I am grateful to have found Dr. Peoples. He was a godsend for me. My back pronlems were very severe and I was having very significant pain but was extremely afraid of having surgery on my back. Dr.Peoples immediately put my fears at ease by defining my problems and explaining how he could resolve them through surgery. He gave me a very realistic portrayal of what he would do to improve my situation and gave me very realistic expectations of the results. I am now free of the excruciating nerve pain I had. Dr. Peoples is the kindest most compassionate doctor I have ever had.

Run, dont walk to this doctor. He is the best doctor in Las Vegas. He is brilliant, does not rush to surgery. His compassion is incomparable. Top notch care. So grateful to have seen this too doctor!

Hands down, the best doctor in the nation. He operated on my ruptured L5/S1. He was recommended my many close friends he’s worked on. My surgery had a fantastic outcome and he was so compassionate knowing how nervous I was to have surgery. Thank you Dr. peoples. Your amazing at what you do. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr. Peoples in very kind and extremely competent. He told that he would me home work and if I was successful, surgery could be avoided. I went and procured the stuff he said to acquire and followed his instructions. I got off all meds that I was taking for the pinched nerve and it took 2 weeks, but was entirely successful. The Good Doctor is a credit to his patients. I will be in his debt for ever. Also his staff is excellent. William Springgate
