Very thorough, professional, nice. Connects and cares about his patients. My whole family has gone to Dr. Cancilleri for foot and ankle problems. We are grateful that he is here for us.

I am a new patient of Dr Cancillieri's at The Rothman Institute, who was treating me for Plantar Faciitis and a torn ligament in my foot. He told me that I should get rid of my shoes and not walk barefoot again. After waiting in the patient room for more than a reasonable time, he enter abruptly and spends 5 minutes with me, with not much information about treatment. I felt hurried through my appointment, and did not ask all the questions that I wanted before being "Excused". He placed me in a boot which was painful, 24/7, and out of work for 6 weeks. Upon returning for a follow up visit I came to find out that he is "NOT WITH THEM ANYMORE". Where did he go? And was someone going to tell me about this before I showed up for my appointment? This is unacceptable and unprofessional, and now what do I do about treatment and my disability? Thanks Doc for leaving me high & dry. Worst doctor ever! Stay away.

Dr. Cancilleri did not help me at all with my condition (plantar fasciitis). His manner over my three visits became abrupt and at times condescending. He did not check up on a soft boot that was fitted for me by his assistant and was very upset that I told him it did not work for me at all and in fact was extremely irritating to my foot. Recommendations by him to never go barefoot, never wear anything but sneakers (after I went out and bought 3 pairs of shoes of the type he recommended and then he told me not to wear) are unrealistic at best. Will not go back to him again.

Dr Cancilleri has not helped one bit to ease my pain. He does not listen and has no real solution for my Achilles tendinitis. From boot to cast and back to boot it is obvious immobility is not the answer. He has not offered any advice to end this ordeal. He doesn't listen or just doesn't hear. It is frustrating to have no change at all in 2 and a half months.

I have RSD. The quality of care I received from this doctor was exceptional. He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me deal with this difficult condition and regain my independence. He listened well and acted upon each and every concern. I felt I was teaming up with a doctor who cared as much about my outcome as I did. He renewed my faith in the medical profession and in my own body's ability to heal. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and understanding.

I found Dr. Cancilleri to be very helpful. He has a great personality and certainly is very knowledgeable about specific foot problems. He shows true concern for his patients and makes sure you understand what he recommends. He treats you like a person, not a number. My foot problem was causing me to limp and have a hard time walking. After three visits I now walk without a limp and my foot is 90% better. When he told me to do something such as a foot exercise or stretching he would first show me how to do the exercise or stretching and made certain I was doing it correctly. He ordered special inserts for both of my feet. They give me support and make it easy for me to be active again. We are certainly blessed to have the Rothman Institue in our area and the great staff and doctors. From the time you walk into the building you can tell that the staff and doctors really enjoy what they are doing. I highly recommend Dr. Cancilleri.

Dr Cancilleri does not communicate to much , didn't explain my problem and his strong recommendation was to not walk without shoes at any time.

Diagnosed my problem and sent me to physical therapy.Didn't want to know what the therapist said on why I had this problem. Told me that I should never not be in my sneakers with orthotics...and to throw all my other shoes out...and never walk barefoot. I must a shoe on every waking hour even in the house which I find unrealistic.

Dr. Cancilleri immediately diagnosed my soft corn. From there I visited him every other week for debriding of the dead skin. I was thrilled to find out what my problem was and how I could conservatively treat and avoid future problems. His staff, Cindy and Mona, were very friendly and helpful. I'd refer anyone to Dr. C.
