something happened in the past months where this doctor has become very poor with bedside manner, impatient and like talking to a brick wall. often times, telephone meetings are 30mins-1hr long. used to be exceptional. now it just seems he is too busy to deal with any of your problems.

My family doctor, Dr. Lottering, and all of his staff are exemplary. Admittedly, at times I have to wait for Dr. Lottering but he is worth the wait. And those times that I am waiting for him remind me that he provides all of his patients (not just me!) with the same stellar level of professional care - as he listens, shares and provides thorough medical advice/assistance. This man undoubtedly answered His calling.

Dr Lottering is a terrific doctor but making an appointment is awful. Hard to get a hold of someone and the wait is at least an hour even with an appointment. Maybe book less appointments so people aren’t waiting that long.

Dr Lottering is great caring fo tor. The staff otherwise is not. Very laxy and do not answer phone calls or respond to messages.

He is too bussy running back and forth to his clinic to pay attention to what you are trying to tell him.

One of the best experiences I've had from urgent care. He was not only kind, professional and knowledgeable but he took care of me as if I were his own patient. I was really impressed when I received a call back from his staff inquiring how I was doing a week later. This is a doctor who cares about his patients.
