Dr Lottering has been our family doctor for approx 20 years. Can’t say enough about him as a doctor; he’s compassionate, caring and all that you expect from a family physician. You will be missed. We wish you blessings of health and all the best.

My first impression about this particular doctor is par-excellence! Before I get to see him a lady patient was walking out apparently after her consultation and she was saying out loud to everybody Dr Lottering is one damn nice and good doctor.

I experienced first-hand after I had 2 nights of persistent headache that didn't go away...
- I was dizzy ie. unbalanced/fatigue
- I was still having that pounding headache
- then my blood-sugar were high
- my Oxygen level low
- my body temperature below body average
- my blood-pressure high

he could call for ambulance but no,
- the good doctor Lottering assist me to the exit
- drive up his own car to it
- help me with getting into his car
- drive me and my wife to Emergency Department Bowmanville Hospital

That probably saved my life as all indicators are not symptoms I had before whilst I got seen at the emergency ward.

I don't know what other patient/s has experienced dealing with Dr Lottering that caused an unfavourable review, but my experiences especially first time being seen by this man says otherwise.

I take it upon myself to try understand why people behave the way they do out of stress and pressure compounded with expectations from without apart from having to deal with internal pressure from within. These I feel over my work as an engineer hence, being a doctor could be at the same stress-level if not more!

I seen Dr Lottering at the Walmart walk in clinic. My daughter has autism and is non verbal and at this particular appointment she was having a rough time. He took the time to check her throughly as she would let him. And at the end, he asked me who was taking care of me because he knows having a child with autism can be difficult (as he was witnessing firsthand) and that meant to world to me. He then told me I was doing an amazing job. That's something gnhe didn't have to do. And I greatly appreciated it because today I needed to hear that.

DR Lottering has misdiagnosed me for medical problems that I did not have, without any tests. I have lost some kidney function over medications that caused side effects. He doesn't seem to know who I am when I see him in the office and he has been my GP for many years. It looks like he just doesn't care anymore.

Such a nice doctor. Very lucky to have him but his office is a nightmare. It is too big with too many doctors. Never see a familiar face. It was always hard to get through on the phones but this past year has become a nightmare... Never get through on phone and when you do you have to leave a message... Its so frustrating
