2 years of infertility treatments, several surgeries only to find out from another doctor that endometriosis was too severe for pregnancy...dr. z. should have known this.

I would not go and see Dr. Zarmakoupis. I think that she overcharged me for services and I felt that she did unnecessary procedures to get more money out of me. She travels to Greece often so may not even be in town if you need her.

I have just started seeing Dr. Zarmakoupis and I am very impressed with her. She made no promises but did imediately begin diagnostic procedures and we should begin treatment next cycle. She is very agressive with treatment and I believe that she could help make our dreams come true!!

I saw Dr. Zarmakoupis-Zavos around 1999. I saw her for about a year for infertility issues. When I first met her in her office, I was really impressed. She told me how i would be pregnant within six months. She did surgery on me (to diagnose my issues). She kept telling me that before she could treat my infertility she would have to do a diagnostic procedure, I had exploratory laprascopic surgery, an HSG, MRI, CT Scan, and ultrasound among other procedures. Each time she performed an expensive procedure, she said it would be the last one, then she would treat me. After a year of this promise, I finally realized that she was just maxing out my insurance. When I left her to see another doctor, I found out that when she did my lap, she saw twisted, blocked ovaries and numerous cysts. She only looked and didn't correct any of it, because she knew that would end the gravy train of expensive testing. As a result my new doctor ended up having to do another lap and fix it all.
