I had my first visit with Dr. Wolfsberger in May 2015 for an annual physical, which seemed fine. However, a month later I received a bill for the appointment, which should have been covered under my insurance as an annual physical - which is how I'd scheduled the appointment specifically . A call to the dr's office revealed that my appointment was billed as a 'first time office visit,' which is not covered by my insurance. The office staff said they would not change the billing code. Needless to say, this is rather odd and, I think, inappropriate as in this scenario I would have to COME BACK a second time to get an 'annual physical' for which they would then bill my insurance (and for which I would be covered.) Seems a waste of time for me and the doc, not to mention that it smacks of double billing, precisely the thing that makes health care costs in this country out of control. Very disappointed.

She spent an hour for my annual physical, even though I do not have any serious conditions, just several minor concerns. She gives you all the time you need to ask questions, and she explains everything, but is also willing to take suggestions from the patient and respect your point of view. She relates to you as one human being to another, not as someone from on high. She advocates healthful living, with emphasis on nutrition and exercise, rather than relying on medications and medical procedures. She does respect other forms of treatment, such as chiropractic and massage therapy. You couldn't find a person more suited to be a primary care physician.

THIS DOCTOR TAKES HER TIME AND LISTENS. I HAVE NEVER FELT PRESSURED TO LEAVE SO SHE CAN GET TO HER NEXT APPOINTMENT.

I have MVP insurance. She is a very caring person. good office staff, helpful. easy to get referrals. Doesn't give Rx's easily, which I like. She would like to see Universal Healthcare become a reality as she is canadian. I would like to be able to speak to her directly however, when I have a question, not just ask the staff.

I have been seeing her for years and think she is great. She is very into homeopathic remedies but I dont think that is a bad thing. She listens and treats patients with dignity. Her staff is also very goood and very professional.

She listens to you, but rarely knows that exactly to prescribe. She is much more willing to recommmend something homopathic then a real medication which would be fine, but for someone like me I only go to the doctor if im in great distress. In that case, i need something more then a remedy.
