Have been working with Dr JEEJEEBHOY for a few years now. She is always pleasant and helpful. Working with me to resolve my heart issues. I can’t say enough good things about her and her staff. Leaving no stone unturned trying to diagnose and relieve my symptoms.

Rude. Condescending. In mid 2023 as the CDC advises no masks even in clinical settings ( hospitals etc ) as the cochrane analysis clearly shows no benefit to masking and the cdc director herself goes on tv and says that cloth and surgical masks are little more than face decoration this office persists on mandating patients wear them. Ironically nowhere else in the medical building. She said she’s trying to protect her staff. Those staff are all wearing n95’s and she’s got plastic barriers still on the desks. If staff want to wear them fine but asking patients to participate in this assure theatre is shocking. It’s difficult for me to take her seriously as an academic and a doctor when she’s mandating pointless policies in the face of so much data, in the face of the rest of her city not wearing g them anywhere and that ironically stress out the patients. I wonder if she’s aware the virus is elsewhere, is endemic, and one cannot ask others to partake in an intervention with no data to support it. Maybe she’s noticed, everyone’s had Covid despite years of mask mandates.
I wonder if her staff remove them to eat or drink during office hours or do they just go outside to the hall.
She mentioned trying to protect hospital capacity as cold and flu are around. I noticed no masking polices in office prior to 2020 during any flu surge. Perhaps she ought to be advocating for more hospital capacity. As she worries about staffing issues at the hospital I remind her that they should hire back unvaccinated workers.
Point is if she can’t manage even this basic information I begin to question her ability to tackle more complex problems, like whatever is happening with me….because on the surface she’s practicing something akin to religion more than science.
I won’t be returning.

I've had to visit Dr. Jeejeebhoy several times both over the phone and in person going back 2.5 years. For the first appointment, I had to wait and felt rushed. The office was quite unprofessional. I recently had to go back and found the office staff had changed and were more professional and kinder. I was apprehensive and was waiting to be snapped at. Dr. Jeejeebhoy is very professional and I know it can be hard dealing with so many people with so many different challenges to their hearts. When I realized that heart conditions run in my family and shared this with her... she said, " we will get to the root of this so you can live a long healthy life." I love her! P.S. her beside manner has definitely changed!

Staff is very unprofessional, rude and dismissive. I was given a wrong diagnosis and wrong information. Gave me meds that made me feel worst. I have been calling to get answers and repeatedly been told that the doctor is completely booked and I can’t get an appointment at this time????? Makes no sense!!!!!

The staff is very attentive, pleasant and friendly. Dr Jeejeebhoy is a thorough and caring doctor. She was very keen to get to the solutions to my health problems. She took great care to give me needed tests to discover and treat my health problems.

The rudest condescending and arrogant doctor i have ever met. She rushed the appointment and gave me the wrong information. Google was more helpful in providing me with s diagnosis. Absolutely disgusted with her practice and her manner
