Dr. Lazier is the absolute best dentist I have ever visited. He is always transparent, giving you the options you have and what to expect. Great communication before and during procedures. Highly recommended!

When I went to get all of my teeth pulled his nurses gave me several numbing shots which between my extreme anxiety and fear I was crying alot and when dr dan lazier came in the room to give me more shots before he started pulling and I got even more scared of it because after 9 to 11 shots I still felt him twisting my teeth so I cried out to loud and he stopped and yelled at me told me to shut the f up or he is done helping me and to find out one of the nurses forgot one of their main numbing shots or place to bumb so he screamed at me and made me stay quiet thru the whole thing told me to lift my hand if it hurt I didnt knowthat one of the nurses forgot to numb a certain area and he didnt say anything until half way thru about her forgetting but the nurse who helped him didnt even say. Word just looked down and kept doing what she was doing . I couldnt believe he talked to me like this when I have never had a hard time getting a tooth pulled even roit canal or braces didnt bother me but when this situation had me crying out all he did was yell back telling me to shut the f up... but of course he is too wealthy for any other bad reviews probably.. I dont care about that I care about when people have anxiety and scared and still dealing with teeth cracking in my mouth I didnt deserve that kind of disrespect...

This dentist made super doctor claims he couldn’t live up to. They demand payment upfront. Then came the year long battle to have them bill the proper insurance so we could get reimbursed. Provided contact information, a contact name and all instructions and they still couldn’t get it right. They never follow up with the patient and just harass you to pay. Ask doctor to engage and he is as belligerent and rude as his staff. Provide them a direct contact name, phone and email for person that will hold their hand and get the bill paid and they still ignore you. In the end the claim the insurance told them it would never get paid totally contrary to what several at insurance have stated. Why all the drama? To keep the payment made by a disabled elderly patient. What a horrible business and POS human being.
The prior reviews are attributed to prior staff that all left this man for unexplained reasons.

Dan Laizure has been my dentist for over 35 years; he's also been my three children's dentist.

I've always enjoyed his 'down to earth' mannerisms and humor plus he explains what's going on in working man's terms. But at the same time he is always in the lead with technology.

If you are looking for a dentist who is always knowledgeable with the latest in treatment, good with children, honest about what's going on with your mouth and provides excellent work, then Dan Laizure is the dentist for you.

I found both the staff and the dentist to be extremely accomodating to my specific special needs. He was slow and methodical, analytical, and explanitory. I chose this doctor originally because his prices were LESS than others locally and stayed with him because of his character and his staffs ability

My first impression of Dr. Laizure was that he seemed a little bit cocky, but after a few minutes, I warmed up to his character and we got hit off quite well. His examination was timely and thorough. The proposed treatment plan for my dental needs was explained in laymans terms that made it easy to understand. Based on a first impression, I would highly recommend him.

Dr Laizure has the best Dental Clinic and the best staff in Walla Walla. Visit his lobby for a great view of hunting trophies and nature art.

I disliked my experience in Dr. Laizure's office first because I found his treatment of his staff very discourteous. His staff was competent and friendly, however. The x-ray procedures were tedious and seemed extensive to the point of excessive. I found him to be condescending and did not answer my questions for my sufficient understanding, despite repeated questioning. My elderly neighbors have also had extreme difficulties due to the elevated prices Dr. Laizure charges. In one visit alone they had to pay the equivalent of 1/3 of my their fixed yearly income. I would not recommend Dr. Laizure to anyone.
