Brought my 12 year old daughter to have a tooth extracted. We normally deal with another dentist whom Fleming shares an office with. My daughter wanted me to be there with her. Fleming's assistant said I could come as long as I didn't mind having to stand (no offer of a chair). She was administered gas and after he had given her freezing he tried to extract the tooth. My daughter started screaming and crying saying that it hurt. Fleming said she couldn't feel anything. She said she could and that it was not this painful last time she had two other teeth removed. He said next time she didn't need to come back to see him (very rude). He showed no patience, or sympathy to what my daughter was experiencing. When I complained at thefront desk I was informed they have received other complaints about him. We have since gone to another dentist for our family for future. Dr. Fleming NEEDS TO RETIRE!!!!

Dr. Fleming was my dentist since I was a kid. I had moved away and seen a different dentist, but after not finding one I like I came back to Dr. Fleming's office after 17 years away. Dr. Fleming is an amazing Dentist who answered my questions and helped me feel good about my teeth again. The rest of the office staff are just as amazing as when I was a kid, although I do not get offered stickers anymore ;) So glad I returned to his practice and wonder now what took me so long to do it.
