You can’t go wrong with Dr. Thomas. She is very knowledgeable, caring and so helpful and considerate. Great with needles, and never hurts anytime during procedures. She is the best. Her staff is very kind and caring.

Dr. Thomas is a warm, caring, meticulous, and highly professional dentist. She is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and a wonderful person too. I’ve always had quite a bit of anxiety at dental appointments , but she is so gentle and highly skilled that I am much more at ease now. She has performed some difficult restorative procedures on me, and I’m truly impressed by her abilities. I really trust her. I also love Karen Silva, who has been my hygienist for many years. She is very thorough and always updating her own skills with extra training. She’s also a fantastic person, who has a marvelous personality. My whole family attends this dental practice and we could not be happier. We feel very lucky to be looked after by this incredible team of women.

I had been with another dentist and hygenist in St. Catharines but after they retired I was so glad to fine a great dentist and Hygenist in my home town. Thank you! I've been going to Dr. Thomas for about 10 yrs now. She has always been very professional, informative, friendly, caring, and excellent at her job.
I 'm someone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but she makes the event so much easier. She listens to your concerns and does an excellent job at resolving each of them. Recently, I was in a lot of pain and it happened to be on a weekend. I called her emergency number and she got back to me in a very short period of time. No other dentist I have been involved with has offered that kind of excellent service. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas .

Dr. Thomas is excellent, this coming from someone who avoids going to the dentist until the last possible moment. I recently had 2 fillings and this is the first time in over 20 years my teeth didn’t hurt for a week or more after the procedure. Her staff is equally good. Overall Dr. Thomas’ practice is the best I have been to and I am fortunate to have found her.

Dr. Thomas and her staff are always pleasant and accommodating, even in the face of a dental emergency during off hours. When we needed an emergency visit on a long weekend, Dr. Thomas met us at the office within 20 minutes, fixed the problem (a broken tooth) and even checked in the next day to ensure all was well. She is committed to her practice and her patients and always takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and pain free during all procedures. Her hygienist, Karen, is exceptionally skilled, always has a kind word and is a pleasure to see. Excellent care at this dental office!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Thomas for 5 years and we have never had such a wonderful, caring and skilled Dentist. Dr. Thomas and her team are amazing and have always delivered quality care for us. Don't get too comfortable in the waiting room as you will not be there long. They are always punctual. I have gone through the Invisalign program with this wonderful team and was extremely happy with the outcome. I have also had crowns done and an extraction without any complications! The office is such a welcoming place and you are treated as part of the family. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas and her team if you want outstanding dental care.

My children and I have been patients of Dr. Bina Thomas for 5 years. Over these past years, she has provided my family and I with exceptional care and I am so grateful she has been our family Dentist. Dr. Thomas is a deeply caring, highly skilled, incredible Dentist. Truly an expert in this field!
Her Dental office is very cozy, and I always feel at ease when I’m there. Dr. Thomas walks me through every procedure and is meticulous in her work. The massagers in the patient dental chairs, soothing music, and the warm washcloth after words are a nice touch. Her team is also exceptional, with everyone being so friendly and genuinely caring about each person who comes in for dental care. I truly feel blessed to have Dr. Thomas as our family Dentist, and I highly recommend her Dental practice for all families looking for an excellent Dentist in Grimsby. She goes above and beyond what you would normally experience in a dental office.
