The receptionist is always very friendly and courteous especially considering my cranky elderly mother who can act unbearable at times but the receptionist doesn’t draw attention to the behaviour which isl very sweet of her. The Dr and her students are all wonderful and Ery helpful and even have called to offer encouraging words when my mother was getting quite ill and hard to to deal with which was much appreciated!!

I had a terrible experience of this GP,
she doesn`t care about patients, she just pay attention to Cosmetic Botox clients which has more money for herself.

Thanks for these reviews. I also refuse to go back there although I only had just moments with her but it was not a good experience! Feeling so rushed. 0 customer service with complete lack of knowledge of everything. Disrespectful language. I am done before I started!

I purchased a couple groupons and called to make an appointment. I was told there are no appointments made and that I had to come between 10-2 Monday to Thursday. This isn’t the best time for me and bc of no appointment I have been sitting for an hour just waiting to check in. I was told that I can’t purchase two groupons bc the Dr doesn’t get paid. I told her that the groupon notified me saying that I could purchase another one which was of a higher price so the Dr must be getting paid some. Groupon doesn’t allow refunds after three days so I don’t get my money back. I asked if I could exchange with the clinic the two groupons I purchased and pay the difference for another service. That’s why I have been waiting an hour. The Receptionist told the Dr in Iranian and the Dr replied by telling. That’s when I decided to look again at the Dr. reviews. I originally googled best cosmetic drs and she came up but I now realize it only came up bc of the algorithm. The reviews are mixed. Some are full five star and some are none. Usually when this happens it’s bc the office will have people they know write reviews to counter act the bad or they have had one bad client that has their friends write reviews. In this case my intuition is telling me that I need to walk out of this clinic immediately. I felt invisible and or like a problem. The Dr is extremely rude. My issue should have been answered right away as to what I could do. Instead I was embarrassed sitting there being talked to like I made the mistake and that I should know the Dr doesn’t get paid. If that’s the concern maybe they shouldn’t be on groupon. I felt scammed. The amount of units for the groupon isn’t enough for the procedure meaning I would have to purchase additional at a higher price. This equalling out to be the same price without the groupon. I do not recommend this place. I didn’t even make it past that reception area. Nor was I treated kindly that I was out $400 and that they would do their best to do what they could. They did nothing but yell

There is a serious issue with her, and that is her harsh if not intrusive and smug behavior, Not having much tolerance if you are not there for cosmetics. Almost apathy instead of care.
