Patient care was lacking and I'm not sure on her competency on medicine.

Dr. Allen was very kind and concerned for me - she knew immediately what my issue was and I had immediately relief. I appreciate all that she did for me.

Came into the room crying, looked like she hadn't slept, although it was only a small cut, she said "I don't do procedures" and walked out of the room. I think that she needs professional help.

I've been seeing her for a year. She is total flake, always running way behind schedule. Bummer because she is really nice. Just doesn't seem to know her stuff and comes across really rushed and flustered all the time. Not the person I want to trust my health with.
