Dr. Cooper has been a guardian angel in my world of darkness, she has been a guiding light with her genuine compassion, concern and care. She is by far the best physician I have ever dealt with in my life. I have connected with her on a level not attainable with any doctor thus far, she sees me as a human being not as a number or nameless face. Very hard to find a good Dr. Luckily I found that in Dr. Cooper. Very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I have a deep respect for people who choose their professions because of passion and not just another job.

This is the best Dr I have ever had in my entire life. She actually cares about her patients. If she hasnt been in me and my girls life this past year I don't know where we would be. I couldn't ask for any better. She makes me feel so much better whenever I have to see her. I have never felt rushed and have left the office many times with a warm reassuring hug :)

Roxanne is more than just a Dr. she is a caring individual. Dr(s). like her would make sickness more tolerable. She takes the time to discuss your illness, she explains procedures and effects of medications with you. She ensure you are knowledgable about her diagnosis before you leave her office. If Dr. Cooper feels best to refer you, she doesn't hesitate to find the best. Dr. Cooper is the most amazing Dr. I have ever had!

Roxanne connects with a cares for her patients in a way that I have never seen before. Everytime I leave I feel 1000 times better and it has nothing to do with the medicine or treatment, but everything to do with her as a person. She will sit and talk about the hard things affecting you in your life and put you at ease with any medical issues you may have. She truly believes in a person being healthy mind, body and spirit. Her staff are very friendly and accomodating. Several times they have gotten me in to see Roxanne for an emergency appointment. The clinic (Long Pond Medical Clinic) is new and beautiful and I have never had to wait longer than 20mins to see her (compared to 1 hour wait at other GP's I've had.)

Fantastic doctor. Best Doctor I have ever seen! I feel very lucky to have been takin as a new patient. Her knowledge is incredible and her compassion and tasteful sense of humor makes you feel very comfortable. This is very important to me as a patient.
