I had to wait for my appointment, but once I saw him I understand why. He asked questions and examined me and took the time to make the correct diagnosis. He then took time to explain my problem and make sure I understood all the options. I could tell he really wants to solve my problem and make me better.

very good dr. seems quite intelligent, monitored my wrist very well, would definitely recommend. the only downfall is he is a minimalist, he does not like to give pain meds, so if u r having pain that is greater than the relief of over the counter NSAIDS it may be wise to seek another dr. ( he will give u a few initially the lower potency ones) this is mainly due to Florida cracking down due to the over users. BUT HE IS AN EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN, i did not have to have surgery, can't rate that.

A doctor that still has his pulse on humanity - most all at this clinic do - no if I could only get pain doctor to be able to get my surgery without the undermining influence of my husband throwing my medicine away and driving my insane with his treats and "art of war" mentality setting me up for a fall for all to see - never has been to hear ONE diagnosis since 2002 when all this stated now he is an expert whats so funny is some doctor are actually listening to him. Hes into illegal stuff but thanks ok and Captain Morgan He hasn't shown his colors to Mathis yet and my hands keep getting worse and worse He has treated me with putting me away so he wouldn't have to put up with me and I think I could have had some help by him on some of my problems Just recently got patches bless Dr. H and I treat those things like gold as I'm betw pain Dr. I had put ONE on came home and the box had only TWO in it this wasn't my mistake then called a doc I order him Not to talk to in writing ma

First visited orto surgeon in Conway who recommended a splint for a fracture in my right thumb joint. Went to Dr Matthias at Arkansas Specialty Orthopedics. He immediately saw the fracture and recommended surgical repair because the fracture was too far displaced and it was causing ligament damage. Has been very helpful in answering all of my questions quickly and with detailed information I could understand. Post-surgery care from Dr Matthias and his nurses has been second to none.
