Dr Donald Wright is my surgeon when I have meningioma. He is the best neurosurgeon in East Coast . He is so compassion , professional and very kind . Now I am in Texas but I still do miss my doctor .

Even though I wish I did not have to have brain surgery but unfortunately I had to which made me very worried and concerned. I just want to share with you my appreciation for the superb care I have received from Dr Wright. Dr Wright was consulted about my case and he came to see me in Arlington Hospital. I found him very professional, very knowledgeable, very kind , and very very honest. He explained the problem and options for treatments in a language that my family and I could understand. He gave us time to ask questions and he answered each & every one of our questions in detail. I felt I was in good hands, I trusted him 100%. He successfully performed the surgery and when I was just waking up I heard him telling the staff he had to talk to my family. I felt so good thinking he was concern about my family as well. We all never forget his excellent job and his kind care. I had to have several follow up after the surgery and I always was impressed with his excellent care.

Dr. Wright is amazing. He performed my decompression surgery for Chairi malformation. He made my wife and I feel comofortable before hand, performed a perfect, complication free procedure, and had tremendous bedside manner making sure to personally visit me each of the following 4 days I was in the hospital. I could not possibly recommend him enough.

Dr. Wright is fantastic. He performed my decompression surgery for Chiari malformation two years ago and was wonderful. Throughout the entire process, from the day of diagnosis all the way to the follow up appoinments after surgery, he was great. He NEVER gave off a sense of feeling rushed or inconvenienced and always took as much time as was necessary to explain everything until I felt comfortable. He would stay and talk with my family and I until we were comfortable, and would quickly return phone calls as well if we had concerns outside of the office. His reliability followed through after surgery as well, as he was extremely helpful in scheduling post op scans and appointments. He has a wonderful bedside demeanor and great sense of humor as well. I think back on the entire process of getting diagnosed, going through the surgery and grueling recovery process, but not once was I worried, scared or uneasy and I attribute that to Dr. Wright 100%. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Wright was amazing. I met with him because I have just been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation. He spent over an hour with me explaining everything to me, showing me my MRI's and caught a cyst on my MRI that the radiologist had missed. He had a great bedside humor, and talked to me instead of down to me. He is extremely knowledgeable and tried to educate me on my conditions. I have a rather rare condition, he's seen and operated on many of them which was a huge comfort to me. The visit ended when all of my questions were answered and after he had given me all the information, scenarios and options. I can't recommend him highly enough. I will be more than comfortable going into brain surgery knowing he is holding the knife.

Relax because Dr. Wright is terrific! I had pituitary surgery in 2006 and 2011. His calm professionalism and honesty helped me get through these easily! I highly recommend Dr. Wright.

One of the best in the area for craniotomies. As good as Johns Hopkins; not a teaching hospital, so you get personal attention
